Lets say you buy a property and erect a 3 unit Shipping container Income Property. Depending on Zoning and hight regulations, which you can look into prior to construction, the possibility exists to simply add on more units at a later date due to the stackable nature of shipping containers. Thinking outside the box is key when dealing with Income Property construction.
