The Capsule Hotel. An exellent solution for short term accomidations and efficient use of space for Income Producing purposes. Popular in Japan amoungst business men who missed the bullet train home these income poperties provide row upon row of stacked accomidations. I couldn't help but spend a few nights in a Capsule Hotel in Japan and it was very clean and comfortable. I'd love to see the annual balance sheet on of these places.
