Who said Duplexes aren't sexy. I'm not sure the above properties are duplexes but they totally could be. A well constructed and appointed duplex is a great way to offset your living expenses. Some of my clients got into the Income Property game because the neighborhood they wanted to live in was simply too expensive. Rather than comprimise location look for solutions that are economically sound.
