SOLD - RIVERDALE TRIPLEX/RENO

At the time of purchase this home was in serious need of an upgrade and makeover. The property had operated as a 3 unit, income property for over 15 years with little investment or improvement by the Landlord. The Landlord had originally decided to hold back offers for 7 days but decided to move the offer date forward mid way through the week which worked to my clients benefit. The property sold for 10% over the asking price which was still well below the comparable sales price point in the area. All in all a deal well done.  The new owner is in the process of upgrading/refinishing the property to modern standards and tastes.  Hopefully I'll get the chance to take a few pictures when its complete and post them on my blog along with and interview.
